Description

A healthy, low-carb pizza crust made with just three ingredients, perfect for quick dinners and customizable with various toppings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup almond flour (or oat flour for non-keto option)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, eggs, and flour until smooth.
  3. Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
  4. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
  5. Remove from oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and return to bake for another 8–10 minutes.
  6. Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.

Notes

Store leftover pizza crust in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. You can freeze the crust for up to 3 months. Add herbs or spices for extra flavor!
