- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup almond flour (or oat flour for non-keto option)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet or pizza pan with parchment paper.
- In a blender or food processor, blend cottage cheese, eggs, and flour until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a round or rectangular shape, about 1/4-inch thick.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until golden brown and firm to the touch.
- Remove from oven, add your favorite pizza toppings, and return to bake for another 8–10 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Store leftover pizza crust in an airtight container in the fridge for 3–4 days. You can freeze the crust for up to 3 months. Add herbs or spices for extra flavor!
