½ ripe avocado

1 small ripe banana

1 cup coconut or almond milk

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

34 ice cubes


Instructions

1. Slice the banana and scoop the avocado into a blender.

2. Add milk, sweetener, and ice cubes.

3. Blend on low speed, then increase until smooth.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness as desired.
