- 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper (sliced)
- 3 green onions (sliced)
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
- Sesame seeds (for garnish)
Instructions
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying until fragrant.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and cooked noodles, stirring to combine.
- Pour sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is coated and heated through.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
