Description

Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 lb beef (sliced thinly)
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper (sliced)
  • 3 green onions (sliced)
  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp ginger (minced)
  • Sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Cook egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and cornstarch. Add beef and marinate for 15 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add garlic and ginger, stir-frying until fragrant.
  4. Add beef and cook until browned.
  5. Add bell pepper and cooked noodles, stirring to combine.
  6. Pour sauce over the mixture and stir until everything is coated and heated through.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
