- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Cajun spice mix
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and bell pepper, sauté until softened.
- Stir in the minced garlic, Cajun spice mix, and cumin. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the sliced andouille sausage and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the shredded chicken and white beans, stirring to combine.
- Add the shrimp and cook until they turn pink and are cooked through, about 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream, green onions, and cilantro.
Notes
Use cooked shredded chicken to save time. Brown the andouille well for more flavor. Adjust the Cajun spice to your heat level.
