- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups frozen French fries
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat until browned and tender. Drain excess fat.
- Layer the cooked beef and onion mixture in a large baking dish.
- Spread the frozen French fries on top of the beef mixture.
- Mix together ketchup and mustard, then pour over the fries.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until fries are cooked and cheese is bubbly.

Notes
