- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ cup butter, melted
- 4 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
- Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add in 1 cup sugar and the vanilla extract. Continue to mix.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Add the sour cream and flour. Mix until the batter is smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour.
- Once cool, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Serve chilled with toppings like fresh fruits, chocolate sauce, or whipped cream.
