Description

A creamy and rich cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion, easy to make and sure to impress.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup sugar
  • ½ cup butter, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, ½ cup sugar, and melted butter. Mix well.
  3. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth. Add in 1 cup sugar and the vanilla extract. Continue to mix.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Add the sour cream and flour. Mix until the batter is smooth and creamy.
  7. Pour the cheesecake filling over the prepared crust in the springform pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  9. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside for about an hour.
  10. Once cool, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
