A delicious and elegant summer side dish made with fresh corn, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

- 4 cobs Fresh Corn
- 1/2 cup Unsalted Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon Salt (to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper (to taste)
- 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese (freshly grated)
- 1/4 cup Chopped Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Boil or grill the corn until tender, about 5–7 minutes.
- Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, add minced garlic, and stir until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Remove corn from heat and brush with garlic butter mixture.
- Sprinkle salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using) over the corn.
- Generously sprinkle freshly grated Parmesan cheese on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a refreshing twist, add lime juice and zest to the butter, or swap Parmesan with feta cheese for a unique flavor.
