Description

A delicious homemade version of the popular Chick-fil-A crispy chicken sandwich, featuring juicy chicken marinated in buttermilk and fried to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless chicken thighs or breasts
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tablespoon pickle juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • Oil for frying
  • 4 sandwich buns
  • Lettuce and tomato for topping
  • Pickles for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the buttermilk and pickle juice together.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the bowl, cover it, and let them marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight in the refrigerator.
  3. In another bowl, combine the flour, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
