Ingredients
500g ground chicken
2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
8 small flour tortillas
1/2 head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/3 cup Caesar dressing
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Avocado oil for cooking
Instructions
1. In a bowl, mix ground chicken with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
2. Spread a thin layer of the chicken mixture on the back of each tortilla, pressing evenly to the edges.
3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with avocado oil. Place tortillas chicken-side down. Press slightly and cook 2–3 minutes until browned.
4. Flip each tortilla and cook the other side for about 1 minute.
5. Top each taco with romaine, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
6. Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
You can use ground turkey instead of chicken.
For a lighter version, try whole wheat tortillas and yogurt-based Caesar dressing.
Leftovers reheat well in a dry skillet.
