Description

A low-carb, portable take on the classic chicken club sandwich, this wrap combines tender shredded chicken, crisp halal bacon substitute, creamy avocado, juicy tomato, and tangy non-alcoholic Dijon mayonnaise in fresh romaine lettuce leaves. Ingredients

2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
6 slices halal bacon substitute or crisped tempeh strips
1 avocado, sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
1 cup romaine lettuce leaves
½ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon non-alcoholic Dijon mustard

Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken with mayonnaise, non-alcoholic Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper. Mix until well incorporated.
Lay romaine lettuce leaves flat on a clean surface.
