- 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for coating)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Form the dough into balls and roll them in granulated sugar for coating.
- Place the cookies on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spacing them apart.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden.

Notes
Make sure your butter and cream cheese are at room temperature for easy mixing. Do not overmix the dough. For added flavor, sprinkle extra cinnamon-sugar on top before baking.
