- 1 package of cinnamon rolls (including icing)
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- Butter for cooking
- Maple syrup or your favorite toppings
Instructions
- Preheat your griddle or frying pan over medium heat and add a little butter.
- Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and set aside.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and ground cinnamon.
- Dip each cinnamon roll piece into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated.
- Place the coated pieces onto the griddle and cook until golden brown on all sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Serve warm with icing from the cinnamon rolls and your favorite toppings like maple syrup.
Notes
Use room temperature eggs for a smooth mix. Don’t soak the pieces too long or they may fall apart.
