- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder

- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, combine the cottage cheese, sugar, milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, stirring gently to combine.
- Fold in the fresh blueberries carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack to cool completely. Slice and enjoy!

Use fresh blueberries for the best flavor. Store cooled bread wrapped for up to 3 days at room temperature or a week in the refrigerator.
