- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup caramel dip
- 2 tbsp toffee bits
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped

Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer or stand mixer to combine evenly until smooth.
- Heat up the caramel dip in the microwave until it reaches a pourable consistency, using 15 second intervals.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Top with the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
- Dip fresh apples and enjoy.
Notes
Serve with crisp apple slices, graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies. Store leftovers in the fridge for 1–3 days. Assemble caramel and toppings just before serving.
