Description

A rich and flavorful creamy garlic sauce perfect for pizza dipping or as a base.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
