Ingredients

- 1 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly before using.
Notes
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 5 days. Reheat gently before using.
