- 2 cups butter beans, cooked
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pan, sauté garlic in a bit of olive oil until fragrant.

- Stir in the cooked butter beans and mix well.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Parmesan cheese, basil, oregano, salt, and pepper.

- Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley.
