A warm and savory Garlic Herb Bread that’s perfect for dipping and serves as a wonderful accompaniment to any meal.
Ingredients

- 1 cup warm water (110°F to 115°F)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cups bread flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried Italian herbs (basil, oregano, thyme)
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
Instructions
- Pour the warm water and olive oil into the bread machine pan.
- Add the bread flour, sugar, salt, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs evenly over the liquid ingredients.
- Make a small well in the center of the flour and add the active dry yeast into this well.
- Close the bread machine lid and select the Basic or White Bread setting with your preferred crust color.
- Press the start button; the bread machine will mix, knead, rise, and bake the bread.
- When the baking cycle is complete, remove the bread pan and let the bread cool on a wire rack.
- Slice and serve as desired.
Notes
Serve warm with butter or olive oil. Store wrapped at room temperature for up to three days or freeze for up to three months.
