Description

Crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, these air fryer pizza rolls are a perfect snack for game nights and parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pizza dough
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • Olive oil spray
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and cut into squares, 2 to 3 inches wide.
  3. Place a small spoonful of mozzarella cheese, a few slices of pepperoni, and a small amount of pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Fold the dough over to create a pocket and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket lightly with olive oil, place the rolls in a single layer, and spray the tops lightly with olive oil. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if desired.
  6. Air fry for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm with extra pizza sauce for dipping.
