- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 4 sandwich buns
- Lettuce
- Tomato slices
- Bang Bang Sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.
- In a large skillet, heat oil over medium-high and fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through (about 5-7 minutes per side).
- Toast the sandwich buns if desired.
- Spread Bang Bang sauce on each bun, and layer with fried chicken, lettuce, and tomato.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
