Description

Ingredients

  • 4 sandwich buns

  • Tomato slices
  • Bang Bang Sauce (mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture, ensuring it’s fully coated.

  5. Toast the sandwich buns if desired.
  6. Spread Bang Bang sauce on each bun, and layer with fried chicken, lettuce, and tomato.
