Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup dill pickle ranch dressing
  • 1 cup Parmesan breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) or the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Dip each chicken breast into the dill pickle ranch dressing, ensuring they are fully coated.
  3. Roll the coated chicken breasts in Parmesan breadcrumbs until completely covered.
  4. If using the air fryer, lightly spray the basket with cooking spray and cook the chicken for 12-15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. If using the oven, place the chicken on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes until crispy and cooked through.

Notes

For extra crispiness, add a sprinkle of olive oil on top of the breadcrumbs before cooking. Avoid overcooking by using a meat thermometer to ensure the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
