Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the oats, chopped nuts, seeds, and dried fruits in a large bowl.
- Mix the nut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and salt in a separate bowl until smooth.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
- Scoop tablespoons of the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet and flatten slightly.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
