- 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened applesauce
- 1 tablespoon almond milk (or any milk)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- Optional: mini chocolate chips or a dollop of light whipped cream
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until well combined and smooth.
- Microwave on high for 40–60 seconds, or until the brownie is set but still slightly moist in the center.
- Let cool slightly before topping with optional whipped cream, chocolate chips, or sprinkles.
- Enjoy straight from the mug!
Notes
For a unique twist, add a pinch of cinnamon or a few drops of peppermint extract.
