Quick and easy air fryer baked potatoes with crispy skin and fluffy interiors, perfect for a side or main dish.
Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes (6–8 ounces each), scrubbed and dried
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- Optional Toppings: Butter, Sour cream, Chopped chives, Shredded cheese, Smoked turkey crumbles, Sautéed mushrooms
Instructions
- Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
- Pierce each potato deeply 8–10 times using a fork.
- Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness: the skins should be golden and crisp.
- Slice an X on top of each potato and fluff the inside with a fork before serving.
