Description

Quick and easy air fryer baked potatoes with crispy skin and fluffy interiors, perfect for a side or main dish.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium russet potatoes (68 ounces each), scrubbed and dried
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon coarse sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional Toppings: Butter, Sour cream, Chopped chives, Shredded cheese, Smoked turkey crumbles, Sautéed mushrooms

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the potatoes thoroughly.
  2. Pierce each potato deeply 8–10 times using a fork.
  3. Rub each potato with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place the potatoes in the air fryer and cook for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  6. Check for doneness: the skins should be golden and crisp.
  7. Slice an X on top of each potato and fluff the inside with a fork before serving.

Notes

Ensure potatoes are dry for crispy skin. Customize with various toppings for added flavor.
