- 2 flour tortillas
- 2 tablespoons softened butter
- 1 to 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Butter the tortillas evenly with softened butter.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella on top, then add garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Stack the tortillas with cheese sides up and place in a preheated air fryer at 375°F for about 5 minutes.
- Remove and let cool for 1–2 minutes, then slice and serve immediately.
Notes
For best results, preheat the air fryer and avoid overcrowding the basket. Use fresh shredded cheese for better melting.
