A fun and creative twist on the classic Big Mac, this pasta salad combines the beloved flavors of a burger with the ease of a salad, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta (e.g. elbow macaroni or rotini)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (e.g. cheddar or American)
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat until cooked through; drain excess fat.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, ground beef, pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese.
- In a separate small bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
- Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and stir until well coated.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Serve chilled or at room temperature. Garnish with extra pickles or cheese on top.
