Description
Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a perfect snack combining spicy buffalo chicken and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent rolls.

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1 package of crescent roll dough
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
- Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up to form a bomb.
- Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Best served hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for longer storage.
