Description

Buffalo Chicken Bombs are a perfect snack combining spicy buffalo chicken and gooey cheese, all wrapped in flaky crescent rolls.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cheese, and green onions.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the chicken mixture in the center of each triangle.
  5. Fold the sides over the filling and roll it up to form a bomb.
  6. Place the bombs on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Best served hot with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping. Can be stored in the refrigerator or frozen for longer storage.
