Description

A delicious and easy meal combining tender chicken, crunchy lettuce, and creamy dressing on warm flatbread.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 pieces flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
  3. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and minced garlic.
  4. On each flatbread, spread Caesar dressing, top with sliced chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan. Drizzle with the soy-garlic mixture.
  5. Bake assembled flatbreads for 8-10 minutes until heated through and edges are crispy.
  6. Serve immediately with extra dressing if desired.

Notes

This dish is best served warm and can be paired with fresh veggies or a light salad. Recommended to store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
