A delicious and easy meal combining tender chicken, crunchy lettuce, and creamy dressing on warm flatbread.
Ingredients

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ½ cup Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
- ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 pieces flatbread (store-bought or homemade)
- 2 tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and spray a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the chicken for about 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and fully cooked. Let rest before slicing.
- In a small bowl, mix soy sauce and minced garlic.
- On each flatbread, spread Caesar dressing, top with sliced chicken, chopped romaine, and grated Parmesan. Drizzle with the soy-garlic mixture.
- Bake assembled flatbreads for 8-10 minutes until heated through and edges are crispy.
- Serve immediately with extra dressing if desired.
Notes
This dish is best served warm and can be paired with fresh veggies or a light salad. Recommended to store leftovers in an airtight container and consume within 2-3 days.
