Description

Delicious cinnamon-coated apple fries made in the air fryer, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large firm apples (Fuji or Honeycrisp)
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Small pinch of salt
  • Light oil spray

Instructions

  1. Wash the apples thoroughly and slice into fry-shaped sticks, about ½ inch thick.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine the sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and a small pinch of salt. Stir until blended.
  3. Add the apple sticks to the bowl and toss them well in the cinnamon mixture.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil and place the coated apple fries in a single layer.
  5. Air fry at 180°C (350°F) for about 10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.

Notes

Use firm apples for the best texture. Avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket to ensure crispiness.
