Instructions

  2. In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter in the oven until bubbly.
  3. In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
  4. Carefully pour the batter into the hot skillet with melted butter.
  5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown; do not open the oven door during baking.
  6. Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and top with fresh fruits before serving.
