Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and position the oven rack in the middle.
- In a large oven-safe skillet, melt the butter in the oven until bubbly.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together flour, milk, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Carefully pour the batter into the hot skillet with melted butter.
- Bake for about 20 minutes or until puffed and golden brown; do not open the oven door during baking.
- Remove from the oven, dust with powdered sugar, and top with fresh fruits before serving.
Notes
