- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise

- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Tortilla chips or crackers, for serving
- Fresh vegetable crudités, for serving
- Crusty baguette slices, for serving
Instructions
- Prepare the Seafood: Chop the shrimp into bite-sized pieces and set aside.
- Cook the Spinach: In a pan, heat a little butter and add the thawed spinach. Sauté for a few minutes until heated through, then set aside.
- Make the Creamy Base: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Mix until smooth.
- Combine Everything: Add the chopped shrimp, crab meat, cooked spinach, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to the cream mixture. Stir well until everything is fully combined.
- Bake the Dip (Optional): Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (175°C) for about 20 minutes, or until it’s bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve and Enjoy: Serve the dip warm with tortilla chips, crackers, fresh vegetable crudités, or baguette slices.
Notes
Ensure the spinach is well-drained to avoid excess moisture in the dip. For extra flavor, consider adding herbs or spices.
