Description

A soft, satisfying loaf perfect for low-carb living, made without yeast and lengthy prep.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups almond flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt and eggs together until completely smooth.
  3. Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until a thick, uniform batter forms.
  4. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  6. Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Slice once slightly cooled.
