- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- 1 ½ cups almond flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, whisk the yogurt and eggs together until completely smooth.
- Stir in the almond flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix gently until a thick, uniform batter forms.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the top turns lightly golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 5 minutes, then transfer to a rack. Slice once slightly cooled.

Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days at room temperature or slice and freeze for up to 1 month.
