Ingredients

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  2. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not overmix; some lumps are okay.
  4. Heat a non-stick skillet or griddle over medium heat and lightly grease it.
  5. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form on the surface and the edges appear set, about 2-3 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup and fresh berries, if desired.
