Ingredients

- 1 cup flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a mini muffin pan.
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Gently combine the wet and dry ingredients until just mixed.
- Scoop the batter into the muffin pan, filling each cup about 2/3 full.
- Bake in the oven for 10–12 minutes, or until the poppers are golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving warm with your favorite syrup.
Notes
These poppers taste best when served warm. You can add chocolate chips or berries for extra flavor. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
