Description

Luxurious and creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Rolls, packed with fresh lobster meat and delicious flavors, perfect for sharing.


Ingredients

  • 2 New England-style split-top buns or brioche hot dog buns
  • ½ lb cooked lobster meat (claw + tail), chopped
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Optional: pinch of cayenne for heat
  • Melted butter for brushing buns

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  2. Toss in the chopped lobster meat and warm it through.
  3. In a bowl, mix mayo, sour cream, lemon juice, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper, and cayenne if using.
  4. Add the sautéed lobster to the mixture and stir well.
  5. Brush the buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden and crispy.
  6. Load each toasted bun with a generous amount of the creamy lobster filling.
  7. Sprinkle with extra parsley or Old Bay seasoning, if desired. Serve with lemon wedges on the side.

Notes

Use freshly cooked or high-quality lobster meat for the best taste. Store leftover filling in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days.
