Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Peel and slice the onions into thick rounds or wedges.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, melt the butter and then add the minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the onion slices in the butter mixture until well coated.
  5. Spread the onions in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the onions are golden and tender, flipping halfway through.

Notes
