- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top of the loaf.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
