Ingredients

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
