Description

Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, these Garlic Parmesan Potato Wedges are a flavorful and easy side dish that everyone will love.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large russet potatoes, washed and cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
  3. In a large bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper until the wedges are evenly coated.
  4. Add the Parmesan cheese to the bowl and toss again until the cheese sticks to the wedges.
  5. Spread the wedges in a single layer on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, flipping the wedges halfway through, until they are golden brown and crispy.
  7. Once done, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve with ranch or marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

For extra crispiness, soak the potato wedges in water for about 30 minutes before seasoning and baking. Adjust seasoning to your liking.
