- 2 lbs chicken thighs
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp ground coriander
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Pita bread or wraps

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne, olive oil, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, covering well. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Cook the marinated chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked and internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing thinly.
- Serve in pita bread or wraps with fresh vegetables and garlic sauce.
Notes
Marinate the chicken overnight for the best flavor. For a smoky flavor, consider grilling the chicken outside.
