Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 pita breads
  • 1 cucumber (grated)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • Fresh dill (optional, for garnish)
  • Tomatoes and lettuce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Let rest before slicing.
  3. For the tzatziki, mix grated cucumber, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, and salt in a bowl.
  4. Warm pita bread on the grill for a minute on each side.
  5. To assemble, layer sliced chicken, tzatziki, tomatoes, and lettuce in pita bread. Serve and enjoy!
