- 1 cup yogurt
- 2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped

Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in olive oil, paprika, oregano, and salt for at least 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side.
- Meanwhile, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Prepare the salad by chopping cucumbers and cherry tomatoes, and mixing them with the mixed greens.
- For the yogurt sauce, mix yogurt with chopped fresh dill and lemon juice.
- Serve the grilled chicken on a plate with basmati rice and salad, drizzling the yogurt sauce on top.
Notes
