- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, milk, melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and grease it with butter or oil. Pour 1/4 cup of batter into the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges lift. Flip and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Repeat with the remaining batter.
- In a small saucepan, heat the heavy cream until it simmers. Remove from heat, add chocolate chips and butter, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Spoon chocolate filling into the center of each crêpe and roll tightly to enclose the filling.
- Dust rolled crêpes with powdered sugar and serve with fresh berries. Enjoy warm.
