Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a standard loaf pan and set it aside.
  2. Mash the avocados in a mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs to the mashed avocado and whisk until combined.
  4. Stir in the sugar, yogurt, and vanilla extract until fully blended.
  5. Sift the flour in a separate bowl.
  6. Add baking soda and salt to the flour and mix.
