Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup) and water until combined.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
- Transfer the mixture into the lined loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
- Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
This bread can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days and freezes well for up to 3 months.
