Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Optional: spices like cinnamon or herbs for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, chia seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix well.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey (or maple syrup) and water until combined.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until fully combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into the lined loaf pan, spreading it out evenly.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  7. Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it onto a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes
