Instructions
- Rinse the cucumber under cool water and pat it dry with a towel.
- Slice the cucumber into thick rounds or long strips.
- Open the can of tuna and drain excess liquid.
- In a bowl, mix the tuna with mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chopped fresh herbs if desired.
- Spoon the tuna mixture on top of each cucumber slice.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
Notes
Choose firm cucumbers for the best texture. For a creamy version, add more mayonnaise or Greek yogurt. You can also mix in other ingredients to the tuna for extra crunch.
