Description

A delicious and nutritious salmon dish with a sweet and tangy honey-lime garlic butter sauce, perfect for quick weeknight dinners or special occasions.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lime wedges for serving
  • Chopped fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Stir in the honey and lime juice, cooking until the mixture is slightly thickened.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour the honey-lime garlic butter mixture over the salmon.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  5. Serve with lime wedges and garnish with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

Choose fresh, high-quality salmon for best flavor. Adjust honey and lime to taste. Adding chili flakes can give a spicy kick.
