Ingredients
Scale
- 2 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)

Instructions
- Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to brown it.
- Pour in the heavy cream slowly and stir gently. Let it simmer softly for 2–3 minutes until it thickens slightly.
- Lower the heat and gradually add Parmesan, stirring constantly until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard (if using). Stir and simmer for another 2–3 minutes.
- Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and drizzle over your favorite steak.
Notes
Don’t overcook the garlic. Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor. Adjust consistency with more cream if needed.
