- 1 cup orzo pasta
- 8 cups chicken broth

- 2 celery stalks, diced

- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, carrots, and celery, and sauté until softened.
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another minute.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper and add them to the pot. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
