Description

A refreshing twist on the classic Italian dessert with bright lemon flavor, perfect for warm days and special occasions.


Ingredients

  • 1 pack ladyfingers (7 oz)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup mascarpone
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
  4. Dip the ladyfingers briefly in lemon juice, then layer them in a serving dish.
  5. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  6. Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled with optional lemon zest or mint leaves on top. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
