- 1 pack ladyfingers (7 oz)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup mascarpone
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
Instructions
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
- In another bowl, mix the mascarpone, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until well combined.
- Dip the ladyfingers briefly in lemon juice, then layer them in a serving dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Add another layer of dipped ladyfingers followed by the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 240 minutes before serving.
Notes
Serve chilled with optional lemon zest or mint leaves on top. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
