Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, milk, large eggs, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until the batter is smooth and free of lumps.

  4. Carefully flip each mini pancake and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes until golden brown.
