A delicious and moist banana cake made in an air fryer, perfect for utilizing ripe bananas.
Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
- Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow the cake to cool before serving.
