Description

A delicious and moist banana cake made in an air fryer, perfect for utilizing ripe bananas.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the mashed bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract; mix well.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  6. Pour the batter into a greased cake pan that fits in your air fryer.
  7. Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket and cook for about 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Allow the cake to cool before serving.
